龟纹瓢虫成虫触角感器扫描电镜观察 被引量:3

摘要 利用扫描电子显微镜观察了龟纹瓢虫Propylaea japonica雌雄成虫触角感受器种类、数量、分布及其感受器间的差异。结果发现:龟纹瓢虫触角由柄节、梗节及鞭节组成,鞭节末端三节膨大呈锤状,雌虫的触角长度略大于雄虫。雌雄成虫触角上均有5种感器,分别是毛形感器(sensilla trichodea,ST)、刺形感器(sensilla chaetica,SC)、锥形感器(sensilla basiconca,SB)、腔形感器(Cavity sensilla,CaS)和B9hm氏鬃毛(B9hm bristles,BB),其中毛形感器和锥形感器数量最多,雌雄成虫触角背面感器数量大于腹面,外侧面感器数量多于内侧面。雌成虫触角感器数量多于雄虫,但雌雄成虫间触角感器的类型、分布和位置无明显差异。 Scanning electron microscope was used to observe the morphology and sensillar types and distribution of antennal sensilla of Propylaea japonica.The results showed that both male and female adults had clavated antenna,including three main antennal segments(scape,pedicel and flagellum with 9 sub-segments).The average length of antennae of the female was slightly longer than that of the male.Five sensillar types were observed:sensilla basiconca(SB),sensilla chaetica(SC),sensilla trichodea(ST),Cavity sensilla(CaS),and B9 hm bristles(BB).Sensilla trichodea and sensilla basiconca were of the greatest number.The number of antennal sensilla on the dorsal is longer than on ventral side of both sexes.There was no significant difference in sensilla types and distribution between sexes.The number of antennal sensilla of female adults was larger than that of male adults.
