摘要
本文阐述一种电梯门关门阻止力及动能检测装置的结构、硬件以及软件设计。该系统采用标准弹簧将电梯门的关门行程动能转换为弹性势能,同时采用位移传感器对弹簧形变量进行检测,并根据能量转换关系及胡克定律计算出电梯门的关门阻止力及动能,达到间接测量的目的。传感器输出信号经AD转换后送至CC2530处理器进行数据处理,进而通过ZigBee无线协议发送至上位机(工业平板电脑)进行数据分析和存储。系统性能可靠,数据科学,检验人员通过手持平板电脑即可实现智能检测,提高工作效率。经实际应用证明,该系统具有一定的推广应用价值。
The structure, hardware and software design of an elevator door closing kinetic energy and the stop closing force testing device was introduced. The system uses a standard spring to convert the elevator door closing kinetic energy into an elastic potential energy, at the same time, a displacement sensor was used to detect the deformation of spring. Then, according to the Law of conservation and Hooke's law, the stop closing force and the closing kinetic energy of the elevator door were calculated, which can achieve the purpose of measurement indirectly. The sensor's output signal is sent to the CC2530 processor for data processing after the AD conversing, and then ,the result will be sent to a host computer( industrial tablet computer) through ZigBee Wireless protocol for storage and processing.The system's performance is reliable, and its testing results are scientific. The inspectors can realize the intelligent detection by operating the industrial tablet computer, which can greatly improves the working efficiency. The application shows that the system has got values of popularization and application.
