摘要 为评估自行车交通的安全程度,建立自行车交通安全评价指标体系及等级标准,利用模糊一致矩阵确定各指标的主观权重,熵权法确定客观权重,引入最小鉴别信息(MDI)原理进行组合赋权。根据可变模糊集理论,构建自行车交通安全评估的MDI组合赋权与可变模糊耦合模型。结合实例进行验证并与其他评估模型的结果进行对比,结果表明:该方法能得到较为准确的自行车交通安全评估结论,也与其他评估模型的评估结果相吻合,为自行车交通安全评估提供新的参考方法。 In order to evaluate the degree of bicycle traffic safety,the evaluation index system and grading standard of bicycle traffic safety were established, using fuzzy consistent matrix to determine the subjective weight, objective weight was determined by entropy method, the minimum discriminant information ( MDI) principle was introduced to combine weights. Based on the theory of variable fuzzy sets, the integrated model of MDI combination weighting and variable fuzzy on evaluating bicycle traffic safety was established. Proved by an example and comparing the results with other evaluation models, the results show that this method can get more accurate conclusion of bicycle traffic safety evaluation, but also is consistent with the results of other evaluation models, and provide a new reference method for bicycle traffic safety evaluation.
