摘要
以新型石油钻机天车防碰保护装置应用为题展开了相关的研究工作,针对目前石油钻机中常用的重锤防碰、过卷防碰、数码防碰3种天车防碰保护装置的工作原理和存在的优缺点展开了深入的研究工作,结合石油钻机行业游动系统的现场工况、通过系统原理介绍并参照传统的天车防碰装置结构,对防碰装置进行了改进和优化。
This paper explores the application of the new anti-collision protection device in oil drilling rig crane. It describes the working principle as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the common hammer anti-collision,roll over anti-collision,and digital anti-collision. the anti-collision device is improved and optimized on the basis of the principle of the system and the structure of traditional crane anti-collision device combined with field conditions.
