摘要
本文对脱丙烷塔压力热旁路控制系统原理进行了论述,分析了扬子石化炼油厂48万吨/年气体分馏装置脱丙烷塔运行情况,通过改变热旁路控制方案,达到优化脱丙烷塔运行目的,保证了产品质量合格率。
This paper the Depropanizator thermal pressure bypass control system principle are discussed, analyzed the 480 thousand tons/year gas fractionation unit in Yangzi Petrochemical refinery and the operation condition of propane, by changing heat bypass control scheme to optimize the depropanizer operation to ensure the qualification rate of product quality.
