摘要
针对临兴PSC区块致密砂岩胶结致密、硬度高、研磨性强及可钻性差等特点,研发了一种新型扭转冲击钻井工具;钻进过程中,利用高压流体在射流单元中的附壁和换向自然特性,造成活塞切向敲击下接头,这样给PDC钻头施加一个周期性切向冲击载荷,增加PDC钻头剪切破岩能量,提高机械钻速和减缓PDC钻头粘滑振动。现场应用结果表明:该工具平均机械钻速较邻井提高了152%,有效降低钻井成本。
According to the characteristics of dense sandstone,compact cementation,high hardness,strong abrasiveness and poor dril ability,the tight sandstone in Xing PSC block is characterized by its compactness,high hardness and poor dril ability,A new type of torsional impact dril ing tool has been developed;Dril ing process,Wal and reversing natural characteristics of high pressure fluid in a jet unit,A tangential impact load is imposed on the PDC bit by causing the piston to strike the joint under the tangential impact,Increase PDC bit cutting rock breaking energy,improve ROP and slow down PDC bit sticking slip vibration;Field application results show that:The average ROP of the tool is 152% higher than that of adjacent wel s,and the dril ing cost is reduced effectively.
