摘要
通过马弗炉对石油焦进行燃烧试验,采用电感耦合等离子质谱仪(ICP-MS)对石油焦和灰渣中的微量元素含量进行测定,研究燃烧温度、石油焦种类和燃烧停留时间对Hg,As,Cr,Se,Cd,Pb和Ni等微量元素挥发性的影响。研究发现,在300~1000℃温度范围内,微量元素的挥发率总体是随燃烧温度的升高而增加的。石油焦高温燃烧时,7种微量元素的挥发性为Hg>Pb、Cd、As和Se>Ni和Cr,不同来源的石油焦对微量元素的挥发性有着明显的影响。
Combustion experiments of petroleum coke were studied in the Muffle furnace at 300℃-1000℃. The contents of trace element in petroleum coke and ash were analyzed by Inductively Coupled Plasmas Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS). The migration characteristics of trace elements Hg,As,Cr,Se,Cd,Pb and Ni was investigated at different temperature and petroleum coke. The results showed that the trace element volatility of FY petroleum coke increases with the increasing combustion temperature. The order of volatility is Hg>Pb,Cd,As and Se>Ni and Cr in high combustion temperature. The trace element volatility is different in different petroleum coke.
