摘要 以美国水泥轻舟赛为背景,通过控制各种材料的掺入量来优选出砂浆的最佳配合比,在降低轻舟密度的同时确保船体达到足够的强度。制备了掺入玻璃微珠的轻质砂浆基体,从而研究了矿粉、聚乙烯醇纤维、胶粉等主要原材料对基材力学性能的影响。试验研究表明:玻璃微珠可以降低砂浆的干密度;矿粉能够改善砂浆的力学性能;聚乙烯醇纤维能够提高砂浆的抗折强度;胶粉能够改善砂浆的韧性。通过优选掺料配合比,实现了砂浆最大限度的轻质及高强,制得了干密度为0.96 g/cm3、抗折强度为6.22 MPa、抗压强度为17.93 MPa的水泥轻舟专用材料。 Based on American Concrete Canoe Competition,the concrete samples were prepared by controlling the mix ratios of variousaggregates in order to reduce the density and at the same time guarantee the sufficient strength of the canoe. The light-weight mortar matrix with glass microspheres was prepared. The effects of steel slag power, polyvinyl alcohol f iber, redispersible powder on themechanical properties of substrate mortar were studied. The experimental results show that the glass microspheres can reduce the dry density of the mortar. The steel slag power can improve the mechanical properties of mortar. The polyvinyl alcohol fiber can improve the flexural strength of the mortar and the redispersible powder can improve the mechanical properties of the mortar. The requirements of light weight and high strength were achieved by optimizing the mix ratio of mortar. The high-strength light-weight mortar has the dry density of 0. 96 g/cm3 ,the flexural strength of 6. 22 MPa and the compressive strength of 17. 93 MPa was obtained.
