碱渣-粉煤灰注浆材料强度影响因素的试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 为拓宽碱渣利用范围,研制开发了碱渣-粉煤灰注浆材料。通过正交试验研究了粉煤灰与碱渣质量比(A)、液固比(B)与硅酸钠溶液浓度(C)对浆液强度的影响;用极差分析和方差分析讨论了各因素对强度的影响规律,并采用多元二次回归方法分析得到了能够较好表达该注浆材料28 d强度与3个影响因素之间的数学公式;最后拟合出了碱渣-粉煤灰注浆材料强度随龄期变化的发展曲线以及相应表达式。研究表明:因素A为3∶2、因素B为1.1、因素C为3.0 mol/L时,注浆材料28 d强度最高;3 d强度主要受粉煤灰与碱渣质量比控制,7 d、28 d强度受硅酸钠溶液浓度影响最显著;该配合比条件下,强度前期有较快增长,中期是发展最快阶段,25 d左右时,强度趋于稳定但仍有小幅提高,随龄期呈S形增长。 In order to widen the utilization range soda residu e, soda residue-fly ash grouting material was developed. The influences of the mass ratio of fly ash to soda res idue(A) ,the ratio of liquid to sol id(B) and the concentration of sodium silicate solution( C) on slurry strength were studied by orthogonal optimization design. The effects of different factors on the strength were discussed by range analysis and variance analysis. The mathematical formula of the relationship between 28 d strength and three factors was obtained by using multiple regression method. Final ly, the development curve and the corresponding expression of the change of the strength of soda residue-fly ash grouting material with age were obtained. The studies show that the grouting material has the highest strength when factor A is 3- 2,factor B is 1. 1,factor C is 3. 0 mol/L. Factor A has the greatest impact on the strength at 3 d ages. Factor C is the most significant factor for the strength at 7 d and 28 d ages. The strength of s lur ry,under this rat io,there is a rapid growth in the early stage, the middle stage is the fastest growing s tage, the strength tends to be stable when the age reaches about 25 d, but there is still a slight increase,the strength changes with age as S-shaped growth.
