摘要
灌浆套筒连接是装配式混凝土结构受力钢筋的主要连接方式,套筒与插筋位置的准确对应是保证装配式混凝土结构安装质量的关键因素。本文应用平面几何原理,提出了套筒和插筋中心位置的坐标定位法,通过计算可以精确得到一组套筒和插筋中心位置的相对距离,从而预判2个构件是否能够正常安装。本方法可用于预制墙、柱等构件的进场验收,保证现场施工质量。
; Grout sleeve splicing is a major mode for connecting reinforcing bars in precast concrete structures. Accurate positioning of sleeves and dowel bars is a critical factor to ensure installation quality. This paper proposed the coordinate orientation method for sleeves and dowel bars axis position with plane geometric principle. We can get accurate distance of sleeve and dowel bar by calculation to determine if the components can be fit together or not. This method can be used to site acceptance of precast concrete components such as walls and columns and ensure the quality of the construction.
