环境行为学视角下的智慧社区建构研究

Research on the Smart Community Construction from the Perspective of Environmental Behavior

智慧社区是我国目前及未来城市社区演进发展的重要方向,而环境行为学是以提高人居生活品质并研究人与环境间作用关系的学科,与智慧社区建构最核心的人本特征相一致。文章首先对环境行为学视角下的社区空间关系及智慧社区概念的发展过程进行阐述,确立理论基础与研究对象间的关系。然后从智慧社区的一般体系架构与现行问题入手,探讨对环境行为理论下智慧社区的建构与优化策略。

Smart community is an important direction for the evolution and development of urban communities in our country at present and in the future; the environmental behavior science is a research science that focuses on the improving the quality of living and studying the relationship between people and environment, it is consistent with the core humanistic feature of smart community construction. The article first elaborates the community spatial relationship and the development process of the concept of the smart community from the perspective of environmental behavior and establishes the relationship between the theoretical basis and the research object. Then start from the general architecture and current problems of the smart community; this article discusses the construction and optimization strategy of smart community under the theory of environmental behavior.
