摘要
目的探讨柯氏评估模型在新入职护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法运用柯氏评估模型对2015年新入职的232名护士进行为期1年的岗前、在岗的培训和考核,观察其在反应层次、学习层次、行为层次和结果层次方面的效果。结果 (1)反应层次:新入职护士对培训总体满意率除培训时间外,均在90%以上,不同学历层次的护士满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)学习层次:培训前后护士操作考试成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而培训后理论成绩无明显提高。(3)行为层次:培训后,新入职护士在专科护理操作、护理文书书写、观察病情、配合抢救四方面的自我评分高于带教老师对其的评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)结果层次:培训前临床护理服务质量平均为(63.43±0.98)分,培训后为(80.36±0.59)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柯氏评估模型能够对新入职护士的培训进行整体性和多层次的评估,起到循环上升的作用,实现培训工作的持续改进。
Objective To explore the application effect of Cohen's assessment model in standardized training of new recruited nurses.Methods Using Cohen's assessment model,232 new recruited nurses in 2015 were trained and examined of pre-job and on-the-job for 1 year.Results(1)Reaction level:The overall satisfaction rate of new recruited nurses was more than 85%.The satisfaction of nurses with different education degrees was not statistically significant difference(P>0.05).(2)Learning level:Before and after the training,the scores of operation tests was statistically significant different(P<0.05).But the theoretical scores was not significantly improved after training.(3)Behavior level:After training,the self score of the nursing operation,writing documents,observing the illness and coordinating the rescue was high than the score of the teacher's,There was significant difference(P<0.05).(4)Result level:Before training,the average score of clinical nursing service quality was(63.43±0.98);After training,it was(80.36±0.59),There was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The Cohen's assessment model can be used to evaluate the training of new recruited nurses from the four levels.It plays an increasing role in the cycle and realizes the continuous improvement of training work.
