肺癌化疗患者心理弹性和应对方式对生存质量的影响研究

Effect of psychological resilience and coping style on quality of life in lung c patients with chemotherapy

目的了解肺癌化疗患者的心理弹性、应对方式及生存质量水平,并探究心理弹性和应对方式对其生存质量的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选取天津市某肿瘤专科医院肺部肿瘤内科278例肺癌化疗患者,运用一般资料调查表、心理弹性量表、医学应对问卷以及生存质量问卷对其进行调查分析。采用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行数据统计分析。结果肺癌化疗患者心理弹性、应对方式和生存质量均处于中等水平;患者的心理弹性、应对方式和生存质量间均显著相关(P<0.05)。患者的心理弹性能影响生存质量和应对方式,心理弹性和应对方式均影响生存质量;引入应对方式作为中介变量后,心理弹性对生存质量的影响作用明显下降。结论肺癌化疗患者应对方式在心理弹性和生存质量间起部分中介作用;护理人员应通过相关培训来增强患者心理弹性,帮助患者建立正确的应对方式,促进其生存质量的提升。

Objective To understand the psychological resilience,coping style and the level of quality of life for lung cancer patients with chemotherapy,and to study the impact of psychological resilience and coping style on their quality of life.Methods 278 lung cancer patients with chemotherapy were selected from the lung medical oncology in a cancer hospital in TianJin by convenience sampling method.The common data questionnaire,psychological resilience scale,medical coping scale and quality of life questionnaire was used for the investigation.SPSS17.0 software was used for data analysis.Result The psychological resilience,coping style and the quality of life have a significant correlation with each other(P<0.05).When all of them there at a medium level,psychological resilience can impact the remaining two,the psychological resilience and coping style affect patients' life quality.When the coping style was introduced as the metavariable,the impact of psychological resilience on life quality will decline sharply.Conclusion Coping style play apartial intermediary role between the psychological resilience and quality of life.Paramedics can enhance the patients' psychological resilience,help them to establish a true coping style and improve their life quality by correlation train.
