摘要
聚氨酯防水涂料的生产过程中不可避免需要使用异氰酸酯(TDI),而TDI能与多种含活泼氢的物质进行聚合反应,尤其是与水反应,这就需要在加入TDI前对物料进行脱水处理。传统的真空脱水方式存在无法连续化生产、水含量无法精确控制等缺陷。本文将回流脱水技术用于聚氨酯防水涂料的生产,很好地解决了上述问题。
In the production process of polyurethane waterproofing coating, it is inevitable to use isocyanate ester (TDI), but TDI can be polymerized with a variety of substances containing active hydrogen, especially with water, which requires dehydrating the material before TDI is added. The traditional vacuum dehydration mode has the defects such as the un- continuous production and the imprecise control of water content. In this paper, reflux dewatering technique is used in the production of polyurethane waterproofing coatings, which is a good solution to the above problems.
