2014-2016年齐齐哈尔市脑梗死住院患者直接医疗费用调查

Investigation on Direct Medical Costs of Inpatients with Cerebral Infarction from 2014 to 2016

目的:对齐齐哈尔市CI患者住院费用现状及CI患者住院费用影响因素开展研究,为我市医疗改革提供参考。方法:收集齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院2014年1月一2016年12月期间CI住院患者费用结算、病例首页等相关资料,共计2214份,分析患者基本信息、住院费用现况及影响费用的相关因素。结果:CI患者住院人数,住院费用均呈现每年递增的趋势,所占比例最高的为药物。影响住院费用的主要因素包括:药占比、地区来源、入院病情、付费方式和住院天数。结论:控制CI患者药物费用,减少CI患者住院天数,对降低CI住院患者医疗费用有效。

Objective： To analyzecurrent situation and influencing factors of inpatient expenses for patients with cerebral infarctionso as toprovide references for medical reform in Qiqihar. Methods： The cost list of 2214 patients with cerebral infarction in a tertiary hospital of Qiqihar from 2014 to 2016 was collected to analyze the patients＇ basic information, inpatient expenses and influencing factors. Results： Both the number of patients with cerebral infarction and the inpatient expenses were increased, while the pay- ment methods, hospital condition, region type, length of stay and proportion of drugs were the important factors for inpatient expenses. Conclusion： Decreasing inpatient length and drug expenses were effective in decreasing medical expenses for patients with cere- bral infarction.
