摘要
目的:分析糖尿病患者住院费用结构及影响因素,为有效控制糖尿病患者经济负担提供依据。方法:采用随机抽样方法选取糖尿病患者1391例,利用多元回归分析对可能影响糖尿病患者住院费用的因素进行筛选。结果:住院天数和有无合并症是影响糖尿病患者住院费用的主要因素。结论:规范医务人员诊疗行为,缩短患者平均住院日,加强健康教育,预防并发症可以有效地控制患者住院费用不合理增长,降低患者的经济负担。
Objective： To analyze the structure and influencing factors of hospitalization expenses for patients with diabetic so as to provide evidence for effectively controlling the economic burden on patients with diabetic. Methods： Random sampling method was used to select 1 391 patients with diabetes. Multiple regression analysis was conducted on analyzing the factors for the costs of diabetic patients in the hospital. Results： Hospitalization days and presence of complications were main factors influencing the cost of inpa- tients with diabetic. Conclusion： It needed to standard medical staff medical behavior, shorten the average stay, strengthen health education, prevent the complications so as to effectively control the patient hospitalization expense unreasonable growth, reduce the eco- nomic burden of patients.
