摘要 针对矿井下矿物装载称重环境恶劣、工业自动化水平较低的问题,开发了一种基于LabVIEW和PLC的矿物装载称重监控系统,详细介绍了系统的硬件组成、通信方式、上位机软件设计及其具备的功能。将该系统应用于矿井下矿物装载称重现场,利用PLC实现井上上位机对井下液压机械的控制,对系统进行了有效验证。结果表明,系统可以稳定、可靠地运行,能够对矿物装载称重作业整个流程进行实时远程监控,具有广泛的应用前景。 Aimed at these problems in mine such as the poor environment of mineral loading and weighing, as well as the low level of industrial automation, a monitoring system for mineral loading and weighing based on LabVIEW and PLC was developed, as well as the various aspects of the system were introduced in detail including hardware compositions, communication modes, software design of upper machine and its functions. Then, the system was applied to the mineral loading and weighing site in mine, with using PLC to realize that the upper machine above mine shaft controlled the hydraulic machine in mine shaft, so as to conduct effective verification for the system. The results showed that the system could operate stably and reliably, and realize the real-time remote monitoring for the whole process of mineral loading and weighing operation, so it would have a wide application prospect.
