摘要
针对某矿交叉巷道围岩裂隙发育、岩层遇水软化、整体强度及稳定性极低,普通支护方式无法控制的工程难题,对其围岩力学性能、矿物成分及地下水影响进行变形破坏机理分析;并建立交叉巷道的数值模型,揭示了巷道围岩在富水情况下的变形破坏规律及不同工况下的支护效果,提出了锚网喷+锚索+锚注的联合支护方案。现场监测数据表明,联合支护文案可有效地封堵裂隙渗水、提高巷道围岩的整体承载力,较好的实现了控制围岩变形及巷道的长期稳定。
Aimed at the engineering problems in a mine, such as the fracture development of surrounding rock at intersection roadway, the water-rich soft rock, the extremely low strength and stability, the ordinary supporting method cannot soften these problems. Thus, the mechanical properties of the surrounding rock, mineral compositions, and the influences of groundwater were conducted the analysis of deformation failure mechanism. And the numerical model of intersection roadway was set up. the deformation failure laws of surrounding rock of roadway under the condition of rich water and the supporting effect under different working conditions were revealed, and therefore the combination supporting scheme, named "Bolt mesh spray+ Anchor cable+Bolt-grouting", was put forward. The monitoring data in the field showed that the combination supporting scheme could seal the water penetrated from fissure effectively, enhance the overall supporting capacity of surrounding rock of roadway, and better realize the deformation control of surrounding rock and the long-term stability of the roadway.
