摘要
针对煤矿井下工作环境恶劣、教育培训手段缺失的问题,设计了基于Unity3D的综采工作面全景虚拟现实漫游系统。系统首先基于虚拟现实场景构建及3D虚拟模型制作技术,宏观上对综采工作面进行了布置,为用户提供了在综采工作面中自由漫游的直观感受;建立了综采工作面的整个环境,实现了综采设备的三维虚拟展示和运动仿真模拟;同时基于交互理论,对其与综采设备的人机交互进行了深入设计,使用户能够完整与真实地体验煤矿井下综采工作面的整个生产过程。利用虚拟现实技术将煤矿综采工作面的布置全景与动态运动生动形象地展示出来,为煤矿企业等单位提供一种全新的培训技术手段。
Due to the bad working environment and the lack of trains in coal mines, the panoramic virtual-reality roaming system of fully mechanized working face based on unity 3D was designed. First of all, the system was established on basis of the construction of virtual-reality scenes and the production technology of 3D virtual model, the fully mechanized working face was arranged at the macro level, so as to provide the intuitive feeling of free roaming on the fully mechanized working face for users. Then the whole working environment of fully mechanized working face was built, as well as the three-dimensional virtual display and motion simulation of fully mechanized mining equipments were also realized. Meanwhile, based on the interaction theory, the interaction forms of these equipments with users were developed further, so that the users could experience the whole production process of the fully mechanized working face entirely and vividly. The use of virtual-reality technology would be displayed the panoramic layout and dynamic motions of the fully mechanized working face in coal mines vividly, providing a new training and technical means for the coal mining enterprises and other similar companies.
