Creative Study on the Filling System with Extremely Large Capacity Based on TRIZ Theory

摘要 针对国内矿山现用单套充填系统能力低,不能满足超大规模地下矿充填技术需求的难题,采用创新理论TRIZ对充填工艺进行系统分析,确定出制约能力主要为传输造浆没有有效衔接以及充填料浆粘附磨损管路,经内外资源分析以及次理想解描述,利用技术冲突、物理冲突对原因进行求解获得9个初步方案,评估各方案可用性并集成求解得最优方案:通过增加储料仓并将搅拌桶置于储料仓内,并增加储料仓的振动结构,实现造浆的同时进行充填,使造浆和充填协调配合,连续作业。该方案经室内相似试验初步验证,单套充填系统能力可达到200~250m^3。 Because the single set of filling system used in mines currently has low capacity, and cannot meet the requirements for filling technology in the extremely large scale underground mines. The systematical analysis on filling technology was conducted by TRIZ theory. Then the factors of restrained capacities were determined, mainly including the transmission of slurry by with- out effective connections and the filling slurry adhering to wear tubes. Through the analysis of information integration and the description of secondary ideal solution, the causes were solved by technical and physical conflictions, then obtained 9 preliminary schemes. The availability of each scheme was evaluated and the integration of those results was solved to obtain the optimal scheme. The best scheme was that through increasing the number of storage silo, putting agitating vessel into this silo and in- creasing vibrational structures of the storage silo, the slurry were made and the filling process was carried out at the same time. Finally the co-ordinating operation of making slurry and filling kept on doing constantly. Consequently, through the preliminary verification by inside similar experiments, the capacity of the single set of this filling system of this scheme could reached at 200 to 150 m^3.
