摘要
本文采用胰腺实质内注射辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)逆行标记神经元的方法,研究猫胰腺的感觉神经支配,结果如下:1.分布于胰腺的感觉神经元存在于双侧T_4~L_4节段脊神经节和双侧迷走神经下节;2.胰腺感觉神经元在双侧脊神经节和迷走神经下节中的分布数量相等,并集中于双侧T_6~T_(12)节段;3.标记细胞形态多样,以中小型为主。
The sensory innervation of pancreas was studied using retrograde tracerhorse-radish peroxidase (HRF) in 12 adult cats. 100 ul ul of 10% HRPin 0.9 % sailne was injected into the pancreas at 20 points. The results werefollows. The sensory fibers and the pancreas arised bilaterally from T_4-L_4 spinalganglia and vagus inferior ganglia. The sesory neurons of pancreas were equallydistributed in the bilateral sides, mainly in the T_6-T_(12) spinal segments. Thelatelled cells were mainly medium and small in size, which appear as oval anddispersely in the ganglion.
