摘要
本文观察了全身振动因素对大鼠四肢肌各型肌纤维琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性和形态的影响。结果表明:振动初期随振动时间的延长,各型肌纤维酶活性增高,直径随之增大。振动后期,各型肌纤维酶活性降低,直径逐渐减小。提示了全身振动随时间的延长可导致肌纤维代谢功能以及形态的改变,为防治振动病提供了有益的参考。
The effect of whole body vibration on succinate dehydrogenase (SDH)activity and form of all sorts of muscular fibers of the limbs were studied inrats. The results showed that the enzymatic activity and diameter ofmuscular fibers were increased with the increase of vibratory time during theinitial stage of the vibration but decreased during the anaphase of the vibra-tion. This indicated that the prolongation of the vibratory time could inducethe changes of the metabolism and form in muscular fibers. It might behelpful for the prevention and treatment of the vibration disease.
