建立了步进式振动攻螺纹的理论模型,证明了步进式振动攻螺纹相对于普通攻螺纹能够降低平均切削扭矩和提高丝锥的动刚度。
It establishes the theoretical model of step - by - step vibration tapping and proves that step - by - step vibration tapping can decrease the average cutting torque and increase the dynamic stiffness of tap compared with traditional tapping.
