输尿管镜联合气压弹道碎石机治疗输尿管结石(附148例报告)

The experience of pneumatic lithotripsy for treatment of ureterolith under ureteropyeloscopy:A report of 148 cases

目的探讨输尿管镜联合气压弹道碎石在治疗输尿管结石中的作用。方法回顾性分析148例输尿管结石患者应用该方法治疗的经验。结果148例中124例原位碎石成功,术后3～30d结石排净率达98.64%。结论应用输尿管镜联合气压弹道碎石机是治疗输尿管结石的理想方法,具有安全、高效、微创快速等特点。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of pneumatic lithotripsy (PL)under a ureterpyeloscopy for the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods The148cases with ureterolithes undergoing PL were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the148cases,124cases were treated successfully in situ.The totally eliminated rate of ureterolith from3to30days was98.64%.Conclusion Pneumatic lithotripsy combined with ureteorpyeloscopy is a good treatment method of ureteral calculi.The procedure is claimed to be safe,having better out come,less trauma and high er success rate.
