摘要
应用抗结肠癌单克隆抗体(ND-1)对60例结肠癌,43例癌旁粘膜,20例结肠正常粘膜,85例非结肠来源的肿瘤组织.以免疫组织化学ABC方法进行了LEA抗原的定位、分布观察。结果表明,LEA在高分化癌组织中表达阳性率为100%,中分化癌为79.3%,低分化癌的阳性率最低。在癌旁组织及正常肠粘膜上皮表达的阳性率是58.1%和20%。在非结肠来源的某些肿瘤组织也存在阳性反应,但强度、范围均不及结肠癌组织。不典型增生与早期癌变之间的关联,本组资料未得到证实。结果提示,LEA在高分化癌组织中占优势,ND-1是一个有较强选择性的确定在高分化结肠癌的单克隆抗体。
The specificity of the anti-human colon carcinoma MoAb ND-1 wereidentified by ABC method. Tht preparations from 60 cases of colon carcinoma,20 of normal colon mucosa, 85 of tumor of noncolon-origin were surveyed.Theresults indicated that LEA showed heterogeneous destribution and its expressionwas highly in relation to the differentiation of cancer tissue. Weak stainingwere also seen among few normal colon and tumor tissue of other organs. Itis suggested that ND-1 is a MoAb showing higher selectivity on well differen-tiated colon carcinoma.
