摘要
对正常组和肢体缺血再灌注 (LIR)组大鼠的肺组织进行了通透性的测定和超微结构的形态学观察。研究结果显示实验组肺血管通透性增加 ,磷脂酰胆碱 (PC)含量减少。电镜下可见肺泡毛细血管内皮细胞、Ⅰ型肺泡上皮细胞水肿变性 ,肺泡壁增厚 ;Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞内板层体排空 ,线粒体肿胀、空变 ;肺间质水肿 ;肺泡表面活性物质脱落。本文结合上述超微结构变化 ,讨论了肢体缺血再灌注后急性肺损伤 (ALI)
We reported the vascular permeability and pulmonary ultrastructural changes of rats suffering from reperfusion after ischemia of hind limbs. The results showed that in the experimental group the vascular permeability increased , and pneumonocyte Ⅰ and vascular endothial cell became swollen and deteriorated, and mitochondria and lamellar of pneumonocyte Ⅱ were turgid and evacuated. The surfactant became scaling. The interstitial pulmonary edema was found. To sum up these ultrastructural changes, we discussed the mechanism of acute lung injury(ALI) following ischemia/reperfusion of hind limbs.
