采用透射电镜 (TEM)、X射线能量散射谱 (EDS)等方法研究了Ni Fe低压等离子喷涂界面的微结构特征。试验结果表明 :Ni Fe试样界面结合良好 ,界面层为晶态Fe和Ni的氧化物 ,上面弥散分布着纳米尺寸的 (Fe ,Ni)金属间化合物相 ,界面区存在明显的元素扩散。本文对Ni
The interfacial microstructure of Ni/Fe,deposited by low pressure plasma spraying(LPPS) method, has been studied by means of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) combined with energy dispersive X ray spectroscopy (EDS). The results showed that Ni/Fe interfacial layer consists primarily of Fe and Ni oxide crystalline phases, containing dispersive (Fe, Ni) spotlike intermetallic compound phase in nanometer dimension. The interfacial interdiffusion was detected. The micro mechanism of interfacial fracture was discussed.
