结肠息肉内镜治疗

Experience on endoscopic therapy in colon polyps

目的 对内镜下治疗结肠息肉的疗效及安全性进行评价。方法 针对息肉的部位、大小、是否有蒂采取恰当的切除术。结果 治疗结肠息肉 2 89例、4 5 2颗息肉 ,均获得满意疗效。结论 为获得手术成功 ,应做好充分的术前准备、恰当选择切除术 ,注意预防出血、穿孔、烧伤等并发症 ,对结肠息肉的病人要做定期随访。

Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of colon polyps treated with endoscope.Methods The proper colonoscopic polypectomy was selected according to the site,size,root of the lesions.Results 452 colon polyps in 289 cases of were all successfully treated.Conclusion In order to succeed in therapy,measures should be adopted as follows:plenty of preparation before therapy,proper colonoscopic polypectomy,prevention of hemorrhage,perforation and burn,and periodical follow-up must be done in patients with colon polyps.
