摘要
用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射和能谱对液相烧结法制备的钢结硬质合金 钢硬质覆层材料FC Ⅰ和FC Ⅱ的微观结构进行了研究。两种材料的硬质覆层中FC Ⅰ粘结相主要为体心立方相的α Fe ,而FC Ⅱ中则为Ni基固溶体。FC Ⅰ的硬度较高 ,微观组织较差 ;而FC Ⅱ的微观组织较好 ,但硬度较低。FC Ⅱ钢结硬质合金 钢硬质覆层材料的界面为扩散型 。
Microstructure of high hardened cladding materials (FC Ⅰ and FC Ⅱ)were studied using SEM,XRD and EDS. The main composition of binder in FC Ⅰ is body centered cubic phase α Fe,while in FC Ⅱ is Ni based solid solution. FC Ⅰ has a higher hardness than that of FC Ⅱ, but the microstructure of FC Ⅱ is better than FC Ⅰ. The interface of this materials are diffused style and coalescent very well.
