手术治疗踝关节骨折68例报告

The analysis of 68 cases about the operation on fracture of ankle joint

目的 探讨踝关节骨折手术治疗方法。方法 对踝关节骨折造成的踝关节不稳定和关节面不平整 ,予切开复位内固定 ,并应用同种异体骨钉固定内踝骨折。结果 手术治疗 6 8例踝关节骨折 ,优良率达94 1%。结论 踝关节骨折手术治疗效果满意 ,同种异体骨钉固定效果佳。

Objective To discuss the method of the operation treatment on fracture of ankle joint.Methods As to the ankle joint instability and joint surface unlevel caused by the fracture of ankle joint,we barracuda the internal fixation and fix the fracture of medial malleolus by isotype xenoma bone nails.Results Through 68 cases of the operation treatment,the rate of good achieve to 94.1%.Conclusion The effect of operation treatment on the fracture of ankle joint is satisfaction,the effect of fixation of the isotype xenoma bone nails is excellent.
