摘要
本文对16例男声女调患者进行了甲状软骨矫正术,术后发i音的基频平均每人下降117Hz,发a音的基频平均每人下降107Hz,16名患者手术后的基频都有不同程度的下降,其中13例已降到正常范围之内,只有3例仍然高于正常,其手术的有效率为100%,治愈率为81%。经过半年到4年的随访,无一例复发。
In the present study, thyrochondral operation on 16 men with abnormallyhigh-pitched voices was performed. The frequencies of these cases were reco-vered in different degees after operation. The frequencies of 13 cases werewithin normal range, but those of 3 cases were still higher than normal. Theresults indicate that the effectiveness of the surgery was 100% with an 81%cure rate, none of the cases was recurrent after half to four years follow-up.
