含吐温α-萘磷酸盐速率法测定酸性磷酸酶

摘要 应用国产酸性磷酸酶测定试剂添加吐温增溶,使反应呈色试液透明,从而确立了结果可靠的血清酸性磷酸酶测定法。本法酶反应产物的显色化合物最大吸收波长仍为405nm,批内CV=2.2%~3.6%;批间CV=3.2%~3.4%;线性范围至少在0~42u L。正常参考值(X±2s).男性为5.7~9.7u/L,女性4.9~8.4u/L,本法(Y)与Bessey·Lowry法(X)法比较结果相一致(Y=1.026X+1.5,n=30)。本法反应液完全透明。准确性可靠,重复性好。 The paper introduced a kinetic method of the determination of acidphosphatase. in whieh the reagent was madeathome. Tween was applyed tomake reactive solution transparent. The wavelength of the maximal absorbancepeak of the method was 405nm. CV of within-Batch was 2.2%~3.6%; CV ofBetween-Day was 3.2%~3.4%. The linearity ranged from 0 to 42 Iu/L.Normal reference values was 5.7~9.7Iu/L (male) and 4.9~8.4Iu/L (female).The method has been compared with that of Bessey. Lowry (Y=1.026X+1.5,n=30). The reactive solution of the method was entirely transparent. Theaccuracy and reproduction was very good.
