摘要
本文对生产现场谷物粉尘的致纤维化作用进行了实验研究。通过染尘不同时间大鼠肺脏病理学检查、胶原含量测定和染尘12个月大鼠肺扫描电镜观察,发现尽管该粉尘中游离SiO_2含量较高,致纤维化作用却不很强。染尘早期肺内为细胞性反应,6个月时肺内形成细胞性结节,12个月时细胞结节周围有少量网状纤维,肺间质呈轻度纤维化改变。各时期肺胶原含量增加。淋巴结改变出现较晚,程度较肺内为轻。
The content of lung collagen of rats exposed to grain dust for variableperied of time was detected and the changes were observed under light andelectronic microscopes. to assess the fibrosis by grain dust. The content ofsilica contained the acting grain dust coming from the elevator was all over10%. The lungs of these rats demonstrated a pulmonary macrophage responsein early time, obvious dust-cell fooi in 6 months, and slight interstitial fibrosisin 12 months of onset of exposure. The changes of lymphade were later andslighter than those of lungs.
