The Production Relationship as a Multi-Layered System Deserves Comprehensive Studies: The Third of the serious Issues Concerning Socialist Political Economics with Chinese Characteristics

在任何社会里,人与人之间的经济关系(也就是生产关系)的内容是多种多样的,它是一个多层次的、具有隶属关系的系统。在任何社会里,经济关系也都要凝结为各种各样的经济制度,经济制度也是多层次的、有隶属关系的系统。中国特色社会主义政治经济学,不仅要分析社会主义的社会经济关系,要阐述社会主义制度的本质及其优越性,而且要研究经济运行层次的具体问题。建立马克思主义的经济运行学说,必须把经济运行机制如何反映基本制度的特点和要求说清楚,这一点恰恰是当前政治经济学研究的薄弱环节。

In any society,the economic relations among people(namely,the production relationship)are diverse in contents which involve a multi-level and hierarchical system.Similarly,economic relations should be congealed into various economic systems which also constitute a multi-layered and hierarchical system.Socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics should analyze the economic relationship in socialist society,illustrate the nature and the superiority of socialist system,and study the specific issues of the level of economic operation.Establishing Marxist theories of economic operation,we must elaborate on how the economic operation mechanism reflects the characteristics and requirements of basic constitution,which is precisely the weakness of current political economic researches.
