对溶液聚合法生产胶姆糖用聚醋酸乙烯酯的过程进行系统描述,普及了该法生产食品级聚醋酸乙烯酯的知识。影响产品聚合度的因素有多种,在实际工业生产中,常用改变单体与溶剂配比的方法来调节聚醋酸乙烯酯的平均聚合度。该溶液聚合法生产的聚醋酸乙烯酯符合胶姆糖用食品添加剂的各项指标要求。
For solution polymerization to use the polyvinyl acetate in production of gum-based candy, have the system description of its process. Popularize the knowledge of the production of food grade poly vinyl acetate. There are many factors that affect product degree of polymerization, in actual industrial production, the commonly used method to alter the ratio of monomer and solvent to adjust the average degree of polymerization of polyvinyl acetate. The solution polymerization of polyvinyl acetate production in line with the gum-based candy with the indicators of food additive.
