不同保鲜膜包装对百香果采后贮藏品质的影响

Effect of Different Packaging Films on Quality of Postharvest Ambient Storage in Passion Fruit

为比较不同保鲜膜包装对常温贮藏下百香果贮藏品质的影响,试验分别以0.02 mm的聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)和双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)保鲜膜包装百香果。结果表明,3种保鲜膜包装处理均不同程度的改变了百香果的贮藏品质。BOPP保鲜膜包装处理效果最好,在贮藏过程中能够较好地保持百香果果实的色泽和抑制果实皱缩,同时能够维持较高的TSS、总酸、VC和蛋白质含量,从而有效地延长百香果果实的采后贮藏期。

The aim of this work was to study the effect of different packaging films on quality of postharvest ambient storage in passion fruit, which were packaged using three types of film in thickness of 0.02 mm polyethylene（PE）, polypropylene（PP） and bi-axially oriented polypropylene（BOPP）. The results revealed that three different packaging films changed the storgae quality of passion fruit. BOPP films showed the most effective on passion fruit preservation with fruit colour and inhibition shrinkage index, meanwhile it also could delay the loss of TSS, vitamin C, titrable acidity and soluble protein content obviously in passion fruit.
