摘要
分别采用烘焙、微波、高压蒸煮的方法对亚麻仁进行脱毒处理,最终确定烘焙处理的最佳条件为:烘焙温度100℃,时间20 min;微波处理的最佳条件为:微波功率720 W,微波时间8 min,亚麻仁含水量19%;高压蒸煮的最佳条件为:0.07 MPa,115℃下脱毒15 min。比较而言,微波法最适合于亚麻仁脱毒,最佳条件下脱毒率可达99.5%。
Oven roasting, microwave roasting and autoclaving methods were applied to remove cyanogenic glucoside from flaxseed, and their technical conditions were optimized. The optimum conditions of microwave roasting are as follows:microwave power 720 W, material-water ratio 19% and roasting time 8 min. For oven roasting method, the optimum conditions were roasting time 20 min and roasting temperature 100 ℃. For autoclaving method, the optimum conditions were autoclaving pressure 0.07 MPa, autoclaving time 15 min and autoclaving temperature 115 ℃. Compared with the other methods, the microwave roasting method was the most suitable one for industrial production. The results showed that the detoxication rate under the optimum conditions of microwave roasting could reach 99.5%.
