在烹饪专业人才培养中实施"现代学徒制"模式,不仅能对学生的专业技能进行培养,还能培养学生的"工匠精神"。通过对烹饪专业现代学徒制的人才培养模型进行分析,探究校企合作过程中烹饪专业"现代学徒制"有效实施的策略。
The implementation of the training mode of "modern apprenticeship" in cooking professionals, has become an important way of cooking professional practice skills education. It not only can train the students' professional skills, but also can cultivate students' "craftsman spirit". Through the analysis of the training model of modern apprenticeship system in cuisine specialty, analyze the effective implementation strategy of modern apprenticeship in the process of school enterprise cooperation.
