Application of HACCP and Green Food Management System in Production of White Granulated Sugar

以生产绿色食品白砂糖为例,根据HACCP管理体系的原理,研究了HACCP在绿色食品白砂糖生产中的应用,通过对亚硫酸法白砂糖加工过程中各工艺环节可能造成的危害进行分析,确定相应的关键控制点和关键限值,并建立可操作性的监测方法和纠偏措施,从而为绿色食品白砂糖产品质量安全提供重要保障。

According to the principle of HACCP management system, this study takes green food white granulated sugar of Guangdong province Huahai sugar industry development Co., Ltd. as examples and studies the application of HACCP in production of green food white granulated sugar, through the manufacturing process hazard analysis of sulfite method in white granulated sugar processing, determining the critical control points and critical limits, and establishing the operability of the monitoring method and corrective measures, thus for the green food sugar provides important guarantee of quality and safety.
