摘要
采用氟锆酸钾作为变质剂,在725℃对ZL104铝合金进行变质处理,研究了不同氟锆酸钾变质剂加入量对ZL104合金的铸态以及T6热处理态下组织和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:氟锆酸钾变质剂加入量为0.90%~0.95%时,ZL104的显微组织中α-Al基体大致呈等轴状,且具有较大的晶粒度,共晶硅大多为细纤维状或短棒状,变质效果最佳,其铸态和T6热处理态下均具有较好的综合性能。
In this paper, K2ZrF6 was used as modifiers at 725 ℃ for the modification treatment of ZL104 alloy, the influences of different K2ZrF6 addition on the microstructures and tensile properties of ZL104 alloy have been investigated. The results indicate that ZL104 alloy can achieve the best modification effect with 0.90%- 0.95% K2ZrF6 addition. Under the conditions, the α-Al phase keeps roughly equiaxed and has larger grain size, and eutectic silicon phase is mostly thin fibrous or short rod. In the meantime, the ZL104 alloy has good comprehensive tensile properties after casting and T6 heat treatment.
