资源型城市县域矿业经济区评价指标体系及方法

Study on evaluation index system and method of county mining economic zone in resource-based city:a case study of Panzhihua city of Sichuan province

本文根据资源型城市的特点,参照系统学和可持续发展的相关理论,总结前人的研究成果,构建县域矿业经济区评价指标体系,该体系包含3个一级指标,8个二级指标,为评估县域矿业经济区的发展奠定了基础。通过实例分析,对攀枝花市的5个县(区)矿产资源发展进行综合评价,并进行分级排序。评价结果表明,攀枝花市的5个县(区)中有3个区县属于Ⅰ类县域矿业经济区,矿业经济发展良好,该评价结果与实地调研基本吻合,表明所建评价指标体系和采取的方法是可行的,对县域矿产经济区评价起到借鉴作用。

Based on the characteristics of resource-based cities,this paper summarizes the previous research results by referring to the related theories of systematic and sustainable development,and it constructs the evaluation index system of mining economic zone in a county.The system includes three firstlevel indicators,eight second-level indicators,laying the foundation for the development of mining economic zone in a county.Through the example analysis,the development of mineral resources in five counties（districts）of Panzhihua city was evaluated and classified.The evaluation results showed that there were three counties in the five counties（districts）of Panzhihua city,belonging to the first-level mining economy zone in a county,and their mining economy was well developed.The evaluation results were in good agreement with the field survey,and showed that the evaluation index system and the method could be feasible,and played a reference role for evaluating the mining economic zone in a county.
