多地理信息平台在线数据获取与其在EV-Globe电力选线系统的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着地理信息系统相关的数据和技术的不断革新,电力选线越来越多地利用优势地理信息平台的优势数据作支撑,传统的依赖纸质地图和地图库的选线方式正在淡出视野。本文研究将多地理信息平台在线数据直接或间接接入EV-Globe平台并应用于电力选线。其一是调用谷歌Google Earth、微软BingMaps和天地图等主流地理信息平台在线影像地图和高程数据相对应的公开发布的免费的接口,并封装成为数据插件,然后根据需要,加载到国遥EV-Globe平台,为电力选线提供数据服务;其二是通过像素拆拼法将数据获取到本地,无缝集成到传统的AutoCAD等选线工具内,实现新技术与传统工具的结合。结果表明:该技术可以高效、准确地获取高精度的影像和高程数据,同时能够完美对接现有工作流程,更好的辅助电力选线工作。 With the continuous innovation of data and technology of geographic information system,the selection of power line are taking more and more advantage of data from high-quality geographic information platforms,at the meantime,power line selection based on traditional paper map and map-base is getting gradually out of view.This paper shows the process of accessing online data from multi-geographic information platform directly or indirectly to the EV-Globe platform,and how the data will be applied to power line selection.There are two main parts about this technology,one is to use the free interface released by Google Earth,Microsoft BingMaps,Sky Earth and some other mainstream geographic information platforms to obtain online image map,and then pack the image map into data plug-ins,and then upload it to EV-Globe platform according to request to serve for power line selection.The second part is to download the data to local storage by pixel spelling method,seamlessly integrating the data into the traditional selection tools such as AutoCAD,which successfully combines new technology and traditional tools.The result shows that the technology can obtain high-precision image and elevation data effectively and accurately,and perfectly dock it with the existing work process,which will definitely serve for the selection of power line.
