胰腺海绵状血管瘤一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者，女，71岁，因左上腹疼痛不适3d入院。腹部B超：胰腺32mm×30mm不规则低回声实性占位病变。上腹部CT：胰腺颈体部可见一截面约3．3cm×2．5cm不均质低密度病灶，边界较清楚，增强扫描后病变可见明显强化，主胰管未见扩张。患者既往无腹部外伤、手术及急慢性胰腺炎发作病史，无口服避孕药史。
