摘要
疫霉是一类世界性分布的卵菌,目前广泛承认有120种,其中很多存在于湖泊、溪流等水系中。本研究通过叶饵法从北京水系中诱集疫霉,共分离到疫霉菌株463株,利用Single-strand conformation polymorphism(SSCP)进行分析,筛选出不同基因型的代表菌株。依据形态学特征及β-tubulin基因序列和ITS序列对这些菌株进行种类鉴定,发现3种国内新记录种,分别为节水疫霉Phytophthora gonapodyides、北方疫霉Phytophthora borealis和波斯疫霉Phytophthora parsiana。
