摘要
目前,一些地方农村合作金融机构在培养员工、激励员工等方面做得还不够,导致员工以企业为家、爱岗敬业精神的培养受到较为严峻的挑战,员工的潜能没有真正发挥出来,一定程度上阻碍了农合机构的稳健快速发展。因此,建立和完善有效的激励方法和艺术管理,打造激情四射的员工队伍至关重要,必须引起农合机构经营管理者的广泛关注。论文就农合机构影响员工队伍激情的因素进行分析并探讨解决问题的对策。
At present, the work in training employees, motivating employees are not enough in some local rural cooperative financial institutions, which leads to more serious challenges to the cultivation of employees' spirit of taking enterprise as home and dedication to work. The potential of employees has not been really played out, to a certain extent hindered the steady and rapid development of agricultural institutions.Therefore, the establishment and improvement of effective incentive methods and art management, creating a passionate team of staff is essential,which must be paid close attention to by the managers of agricultural and rural cooperative organizations. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the enthusiasm of the staff in the agricultural cooperative organization and discusses the countermeasures to solve the problem.
