Exploring the salary and welfare incentive policy of public institutions is an important way to stimulate the enthusiasm of staff of institutions and deepen the cadre and personnel system. This paper taking the basic ideas of improving wage and welfare incentive mechanism of public institutions as the starting point, expounds the problems existing in wages and welfare incentive mechanism of present public institutions,and explores the measures for solving these problems, so as to improve the wage and welfare incentive mechanism of public institution, and enhance the enthusiasm of the staff.
