积极转变企业的经营管理模式,重视人力资源管理信息化建设,是现代企业应对愈加激烈的市场竞争环境的重要选择和途径。因此,论文阐述了现代企业人力资源管理信息化的相关内涵,多方面剖析了现代企业人力资源管理信息化建设中存在的问题,重点探讨了现代企业人力资源管理信息化建设的有效途径,旨在为构建企业人力资源管理体系、推动企业的可持续性发展提供理论上的支撑。
Actively changing the mode of operation and management of enterprises and emphasizing the construction of human resource management information are important choices and ways for modern enterprises to cope with an increasingly fierce market competition environment. Therefore, this paper expounds the related connotation of modern enterprise human resource management informatization, analyzes the existing problems in the modern enterprise human resource management informatization construction in many ways, and focuses on the effective way of modern enterprise human resource management information construction, aiming at providing theoretical support for the construction of enterprise human resource management system and promoting the sustainable development of enterprises.
