摘要
股权激励也被称为期权激励,其目的是为了激发员工的潜在创新能力,留住企业核心人才而推行的一种长期激励机制。在上市公司发展过程中,运用股权激励的方法,能够帮助企业实现长期发展目标,促进公司与员工的共同成长,使企业与员工形成利益共同体。基于此,论文主要对股权激励机制进行了阐述,并对上市公司股权激励存在的问题进行了分析,提出了相应的解决措施。
Equity incentive is also called option incentive, its purpose is to stimulate the potential innovation ability of employees, it is a long-term incentive mechanism for enterprise to retain core talents. In the development of the listed company, the use of equity incentive method can help enterprises to achieve the goal of long-term development and promote the company and employees grow together, make the enterprise and employees form community of interests. Based on this, the article mainly expounds the equity incentive mechanism and analyzes the existing problems in the equity incentive of listed companies, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
