面向东盟的广西中小企业竞争力提升战略

摘要 论文以面向东盟的广西中小企业为例,研究了提升广西地区中小企业在东盟市场竞争力的措施,提出了充分利用电商平台来提升企业的竞争力、通过实施虚拟经营来提高企业的竞争力、通过增强技术创新来提升企业竞争力、通过产业集群来提升企业竞争力、通过实施品牌战略提升企业竞争力五方面内容,希望能为相关人士提供一定参考。 Taking Guangxi small and medium-sized enterprises developing toward ASEAN market as an example, this paper studies the measures to improve the competitiveness of SMEs of Guangxi province in ASEAN market. It expounds 5 aspects: making full use of e-commerce platform to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, improving the competitiveness of enterprises by implementing virtual operation,enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises by enhancing technological innovation, enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises through industrial clusters, enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises by implementing brand strategy, hoping to provide certain reference for related people.
