Research on Grass-Roots Party Building Management System

随着我国政府以及其他行政部门的快速发展,其内部管理工作越来越受到人们的重视,目前基层党建机构需要较为完善的管理系统,以此提高党组织工作效率,提升基层党务管理工作水平,改善基层党组织管理工作的环境,使其实现系统化、规范化。因此,论文从国内研究现状出发,阐述了管理系统的需求分析,提出了基层党建管理系统的组织架构。

With the rapid development of our government and other administrative departments, more and more attention has been paid to its internal management. At present, grass-roots party organizations need a relatively complete management system to improve the work efficiency of the party organizations and enhance the work of party management at the grassroots level Level,improve the management level of party affairs at grass roots level, improve the grass-roots party organization management work environment, make it realize systematization and standardization. Therefore, starting from the domestic research status, this paper expounds the demand analysis of management system, and puts forward the organizational structure of grass-roots party building management system.
